Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Important Note:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used caulk & sealants
  • Personal protective equipment like back support belts that have been worn
  • Custom or special order items
  • Any tools showing signs of use or installation

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Return shipping address
  • Special instructions if applicable (for large/heavy items)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

  • All original packaging and accessories are included
  • The RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • For exchanges, indicate the replacement item needed

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
